Summary
ARO is a free basketball career game. It does not require an account. Career data stays on the device, while the app connects to Google AdMob to display advertising and manage consent choices.
Career data
The fictional player name, avatar, decisions, career and language preference are stored locally. ARO does not send this data to its own server. It is deleted when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
Advertising and data processed by Google
ARO integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google and its partners may process data such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, approximate location, diagnostics and ad interactions to deliver and measure advertising, cap frequency and prevent fraud. The precise scope depends on the device, region and privacy choices. Read Google's Privacy Policy and its information about advertising technologies.
This version requests non-personalized ads. These ads may still process data for delivery, measurement and security.
Consent and control
Where required by applicable law, UMP displays a message before ads are requested. Users can reopen applicable choices with the “Ad privacy” button in the header. If ads cannot be requested, gameplay continues; optional rewards are simply unavailable.
Other features
ARO has no account, chat, user-posted content, contacts, camera, microphone or precise-location access. It does not sell the user's career data. Apple and Google separately handle downloads and data tied to their store accounts.
Children
ARO is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can review it and delete it where appropriate.

Miguel Jaque is responsible for ARO and enquiries sent to migueljaque0027@gmail.com. When you contact us, we process your email address, message and attachments to respond and resolve issues. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment information.
Purposes, retention and rights
Local data is needed to provide and save your career and remains on your device until you delete it. Support enquiries are handled to provide assistance and in our legitimate interest in resolving issues. They are kept while being handled and, where necessary, for applicable statutory periods. You may request deletion by email.
Advertising processing that requires consent relies on your choices through Google UMP. You may withdraw or change consent through the available privacy options without affecting prior processing. Google applies its own retention terms and may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards described in its data transfer information.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable using our contact email. We cannot remotely access local careers. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
This website
This website provides information about ARO. It does not run the game or include ads, forms or our own analytics tools. Cloudflare hosts it and may process IP addresses and technical request data to deliver pages and secure the service under its privacy policy. Support email is handled through Gmail.

This website uses HTTPS. Access to support enquiries is limited to the controller and service providers. We will update this policy when the described practices change; the revision date appears above.
